Arnab brings in a rich experience of 28 years in Engineering Research and Development and International Business. An Electronic Engineer by profession, Arnab started his career with the Design and R & D wing of Tata Engg & Locomotive Co (now Tata Motors) where he served for 15 years. Later he served as the head of Design and Development at PT. Texmaco Perkasa Engineering, one of the largest engineering enterprises in Indonesia. Arnab acquired his Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics, from VNIT, India, and was a Research Scholar at IIT Bombay. His area of expertise include Modern Control system, Robotics, AGV, CIMS, CAD/CAM, and Artificial Intelligence. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in International Quality Systems, Six Sigma , JIT and TQM.

K. Gopala Krishna General Manager - Technical

Engineering Professional, having above 20 years experience mainly in Information Technology. Started his career in Forbes Gokak, a TATA Group of companies, as quality analyst developed mathematical models to control quality and monitor productivity . Later moved to computerize quality process, sales and purchase operation of the company spread all over India. His international exposure, while working with Corporate Groups of companies in Indonesia and Singapore, helped to accumulate experience in design, development and implementation of complex distributed Enterprise Applications in manufacturing & financial services. Served as a Management Representative, in implementing ISO certification. Currently he looks after Technical Group of Elitser covering Design, Development and Project Management. He believes in team work, initiative, quality and process orientation.

Bharathipudi Srinivas  Overseas Business Development

Sales professional with 10+ years of accomplished career track. A civil engineer by profession, Srinivas Started his carrier with Srivenmultitech Limited as sales executive and later worked in Seec Technologies (Formally knows As Polaris Software) as Business Development Manager.
