Role : Customer Support Executive - Software
Description:
This role is responsible for providing support for the company’s software products, solutions and services. The person should be able to have thorough understanding of the software products, solutions and services being provided by the company. The executive should be able to plan the implementation and training to be provided to the users and should be able to coordinate and work with the development team as well as the users in obtaining user acceptance and project completion. Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Micro finance, health care and hospital software is desirable.
Willingness to travel and good communication skills are a must.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Understand and Document clearly the customer requirements and expectations and communicate to the technical department.
- Exposure to MS-SQL, Oracle databases. Knowledge of web servers like Tomcat 6 to enable smooth software implementation
- Provide Training to Customers and handle customer queries.
- Manage Multiple tasks simultaneously
Soft skills required :
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Patience and Maturity to handle customer grievances and problem solving skills.
- Alert and Sensitive to client needs and quick reaction time.
- Organize and manage time to meet commitments to customer within strict timelines.
- Good knowledge and familiarity of computer and Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated Customer Support executive with Software implementation background from IT companies. Exposure to Microfinance Institutions and companies, experience in Pharma and Hospital marketing is desirable.
Qualification :
Graduate preferably B.Com / BCA / B.Tech with Diploma in Computer Applications or certification in Database / Networking is preferable.
Experience :
1- 2 years experience in Customer Support for software Solutions / projects / products from a Software product based company.

Job Profile : This role is responsible for marketing and selling of the company’s software products, solutions and services. The person should be able to make cold calls, visit customers, qualify and generate new leads for company software products and services working aggressively to achieve sales target. Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Micro finance, health care and hospital software is desirable.
Experience : 2-3 years of Sales experience in selling software Solutions / projects / products from a Software product based company.
Responsibilities :
- Make Cold calls and visit customers.
- Identify, qualify and generate new leads for company software products and services, negotiate and close the deals.
- Work aggressively to achieve sales target.
- Understand and Document clearly the customer requirements and expectations.
- Educate and advise customers on company products and technologies and all other customer issues.
- Manage accounts including primary customer contacts, making proposals, post-sales project monitoring and collections.
- Explain technical details clearly, both in writing and verbally and make presentations.
- Manage Multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate customer requirements to Technical department.
Skill Set :
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Good skills in developing and delivering customer presentations
- Organize and manage time to meet commitments to customer on time.
